At around 8:30 a.m. on December 6th, police were called to the area of the East Boulevard bridge for a report of an unresponsive person seen in Rapid Creek. On arrival, police located the male, who was determined to be deceased. The RCPD Criminal Investigations Division was called to the location. In the preliminary stages of this investigation, police have reason to believe the deceased subject had taken his own life by entering the creek. Police are continuing to investigate the incident, however no signs of foul play exist at this stage of the investigation.
