Indiana woman, Katrina Arthur and her husband went away for a weekend on a nice getaway but their hotel was a little less than impressive.
Arthur says she and her husband arrived to the hotel and were welcomed with sewer stench with the air conditioner and water pressure not working.
It didn’t get much better once arriving to the room where Arthur found hair and dirt in the bed!
After arriving back home Arthur got an email from the hotel asking her to leave a review, to which she replied with a very honest and negative one.
Now, Arthur has filed a lawsuit against the hotel after they charged her $350 for the review which was some secret policy not disclosed with customers.
So in your holiday travels, make sure to read the fine print, even if it doesn’t exist…
