Mic’d Up Providence Basketball Coach Rants About Vampires (Video)

During the recent basketball matchup between Providence and DePaul, Providence head coach Ed Cooley was mic’d up and it’s honestly the gift that keeps on giving.

The best part comes when a Providence guard started bleeding after a play but no foul was called.

Cooley was quick to point out why that was ridiculous, reminding everyone including refs that people don’t just bleed for no reason.

The only other explanation? Vampires…obviously.

“You don’t bleed on purpose! You don’t just start bleeding, unless he’s a vampire! … We got vampires back in here. Watch out for Dracula! … All the vampires are out! Blood everywhere,” ranted Cooley.

Whatever vampire voodoo that was going on must have working in Providence’s favor though as they sucked up a winning score of 71 to 64.
