At around 5:15 a.m. on January 16th, police were conducting an extra patrol in the area of 625 E. Disk Drive. An officer observed a parked, unattended passenger car with its trunk open at the address. On further investigation, police observed a plastic baggie containing marijuana in plain view within the open trunk.
