They always say “honesty is the best policy” but sometimes it pays to keep some things to yourself.
Luckily for this guy on Australia’s Today he got paid $50 just for answering a reporter at a Sydney commuter train station.
Reporter, Natalia Cooper, was extremely excited to “make some people’s Monday” down at the commuter station, and who can blame her!
In what was supposed to be just a cute, man-on-the-street style thing about the weekend, Cooper gave a random guy $50 and asked what he did over the weekend.
His answer? “Punched a few cones.”
In case you were wondering, “punched a few cones” means he was ripping the bong over the weekend.
Cooper then acted way more shocked than someone in 2018 probably should and went on her merry way.
