Elon Musk has invented a new flamethrower of which his company, The Boring Co. has already pre-sold 15,000.
Musk’s fire cannons are about $500 each and will be out to the general public in the spring but some feel that a population that has had to be reminded not to eat Tide Pods probably shouldn’t have guns that shoot flames.
Other companies make and sell flamethrowers as well, though. Musk’s only shoots fire about ten feet but others on the market can go between 20 and 100 feet.
No matter where you get your flamethrower or how far it can shoot, it’s totally legal in 48 states to use it without a permit!
You can use it for all kinds of things! Need a bonfire? Boom, flames. Sick of those weeds growing in your garden? Torch them.
Is it safe? Who cares, it’s America!
