A woman in Crestline, CA has filed a lawsuit against the state of California, as well as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, because they have refused to acknowledge that a sasquatch that she claims she saw was indeed real.
About a year ago, Claudia Ackley and her children were hiking when they came across a big, 800-pound hair beast, which they claim was a Bigfoot, perched about 30 feet up in a tree staring at them. When they called 911 to report the incident, the operator told them that they saw a bear, not a Bigfoot…because Bigfoots aren’t real.
Why exactly she has filed a lawsuit isn’t very clear. Does she want money? Does she just want the state to acknowledge that she actually saw a sasquatch? Who knows! But we’re not expecting much to come out of this whole thing.
