A Chicken Shortage In The U.K. Has Caused Many KFC Locations To Temporarily Close Down (Video)

Approximately two-thirds of the 900 KFC restaurants in the U.K. are temporarily closed! Noooooooo!

Unfortunately, due to a “chicken shortage,” as well as some delivery issues, KFC was forced to temporarily shut down roughly 600 of their locations in the United Kingdom. KFC seems to be pointing the finger, or wing, at a new delivery partner, saying that’s the cause of the shortage.

Luckily, those of us here in the U.S. can still enjoy our chicken unfettered, so that bucket of Extra Crispy you were craving for lunch will be there waiting for you.

KFC said that they hope to have their U.K. locations reopened as soon as possible.
