Last Friday, things got pretty heated at a Gainesville, Florida gas station when a man was refused alcohol by the gas station clerk. When told that he could not buy alcohol, Cavan McDaniel lashed out and threw a hot dog at the clerk, and then poked her in the face with a corndog stick. Quite the attack!
McDaniel did not flee the scene, police were called and he was arrested and charged with simple battery, which (shocker!) is a violation of his probation.
