A woman in Washington followed Mike Tyson and Neiko Thorpe, two players from the Seattle Seahawks, to their practice facility outside of Seattle the other day. She then rolled down her window and calmly went on a profanity-filled rant about their National Anthem protests. She’s definitely not the first person to object to NFL players’ demonstrations, but she appears to be the first to use the “You’re wasting my tax dollars!” approach! And the reason for that is simple: the average person’s tax dollars IN NO WAY pay NFL players’ salaries. Idiot.
She said, “All I care about is that my tax dollars pay for you to play, and go f**king play, and get off your f**king knees.” Right.
