Police arrested Thomas Phillips after he was walking his dog without a leash and things got so out of hand someone ended up getting hit with a tennis ball launcher.
Phillips had his dog off its leash when it started attacking another owner’s dog that was on a leash. During the attack, the other dog made its way out of its collar so its owner used the now loose leash to use it as a whip to shoo the attacking dog away.
That is when Phillips ran up and decided instead of getting his dog to stop attacking the other, he would whack the other owner in the head with his tennis ball launcher.
When we say “with his tennis ball launcher” we don’t mean he used it to shoot the balls like its original purpose. This man literally hit the other in the face with the actual launcher itself!
Luckily the other owner is okay with just some minor cuts and swelling while the stupid owner was arrested and hopefully has lost his launching privileges for a while. We bet he’s really having a ball in jail though!
