California Woman Found After Being Stuck In Snow For 10 Days (Video)

In a world where most people have a GPS on them at all times, aka their smartphones, you would think being completely lost in your car for 10 days would be almost impossible, but this woman in Marysville, California has proven us all wrong.

Sheryl Donovan was on her way home from work and thought she was going the right way when she was supposed to turn left. After turning the wrong way, she ended up stuck in the snow in her SUV in the California mountains with no cell phone service.

For 10 days Sheryl kept warm with extra clothes and used a single bottle of water to sustain herself until she was found on the tenth day after she finally emerged from her car and walked a mile to the road.

That’s right, she was “stuck” for not one, not two, not even like four days…but ten. It literally took her ten days to think “huh, I’ll probably have a better chance of being found if I get out where people are.”  How does that even happen!?

Sheryl and her family say the whole thing has been pretty “traumatic” for her and have joked about putting a tracking device on her but honestly, probably not a bad idea. We have a feeling she’s not all there…literally!
