Police Officers In New Jersey Suspended After Allegedly Harassing Domino’s Manager After Failed Delivery (Video)

Ordering a pizza isn’t that complicated. You call up, tell them what you want and wait for the delivery. Pretty simple, right? So we’re not really sure how this pizza transaction at a Domino’s in Jersey City, New Jersey go so out of hand.

According to the news story, a Domino’s delivery driver attempted to deliver a pizza, but the customer was not there so the order was canceled. It turns out that the order was for two police officers, who then called the restaurant and went on a expletive-filled rant and said that they were coming to the location. Once they got there, the officers were allegedly yelling at a delivery driver in the parking lot when the Domino’s manager intervened. At that point, the manager was threatened with being arrested by the officers.

The Domino’s manager said that he did not plan to pursue this any further, but the prosecutor’s office has other plans. The two officers involved in the incident have been suspended without pay and facing charges of harassment and making terroristic threats. All of this because of a pizza!
