Yesterday on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Seth shared the story of how his wife gave birth the other night…in the lobby of their apartment building!
Meyers said he and his wife had their plan set for the day of their second son’s birth complete with a midwife, his mother-in-law and even the Uber app at the ready! Everything was all good until Meyers’ mother-in law said they had to rush to the hospital.
The whole gang made their way down the elevator to get into the Uber when Meyers’ wife says she won’t be making it into the car! Within minutes she gave birth right there in their lobby!
Meyers said he was on the phone with 911 and within a minute basically said “we’re about to have a baby, we’re having a baby, we had a baby!”
Like many fathers, Meyers is extremely grateful and definitely emotional and we wish him and his wife luck with their new bundle of joy!
