Will Smith only met Michael Jackson one time but the story is so great it’s got to be one of Smith’s greatest memories!
This is the story all about how Will Smith’s life got flipped, turned upside down (again). Okay, maybe it didn’t get completely flipped upside down but we’d imagine his heart was in somersaults!
The “Fresh Prince” and “King of Pop” were both at the BET awards where Smith was excited to finally meet one of his idols. He was just mere feet away when a crowd went into an absolute frenzy.
Smith’s body guard began moving him along and when Smith asked what had happened to which the guard replied, “Suge Knight happened.”
They ended up finding an empty broom closet and once things settled down, Smith turned around to find Michael Jackson himself!
As Smith is telling this story he does one of the most spot-on Michael Jackson impressions we’ve ever seen!
We can only dream of having an celebrity meet-up encounters as crazy and awesome as this someday!
