Timothy Kniess’ wife won $100,000 on a scratch-off lotto ticket back in October and now that it’s springtime, what better toy to enjoy the warm weather in than a helicopter?
Apparently, though, it seemed like an impulse-buy for Kniess as he did not bother to properly learn how to fly the chopper and inevitably crashed it.
Neighbors are completely unphased by the news and have basically been just waiting for the day Kniess would crash.
“Oh I knew it was going down,” said neighbor John Aubery. “You don’t see someone bouncing a helicopter around their yard like that, oh man this guy isn’t going to make it.”
But make it Kniess did! Lucky for him he was able to crawl away from the crash and make it out before the helicopter burst into flames!
The next stroke of luck Kniess may need is his wife to not realize what an idiot she married…
