It seems like these days, you can’t go five minutes without seeing a news story about cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum. Everyone is super excited about it and lots of people think it’s a great way to make a ton of cash quickly. But not everyone is buying into the hype.
Billionaires Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway (and Vice Chairman Charlie Munger), along with Microsoft founder Bill Gates aren’t big fans of the cryptocurrency fad. They recently compared it to “trading turds,” saying that there’s no real value because nothing physical is actually being traded. Check out their comments below.
