Yesterday at Google’s I/O 2018 Conference, Google showed off a new feature of its virtual assistant: the ability for it to make calls and send emails for you! In the demonstration, the assistant called a hair salon and made an appointment as if it was a real person. And the woman at the salon never knew she was talking to a computer!
