A Cornell University student decided the best way to defend her senior thesis was to do her presentation while stripped down to her underwear. Who said professionalism was dead, right?
Letitia Chai stripped down for her thesis to prove a point after her professor, Rebekah Maggor commented on Chai’s clothing choice during a practice presentation.
Chai was wearing denim cutoff shorts and a blue button-up top when Maggor asked “Is that really what you would wear?” and then told her the shorts she had on were too short.
As a college senior at an Ivy League university, one would think they would know how to dress appropriately for presentations and know how to carry themselves professionally but after Maggor also asked “What would your mom think?” all bets were off.
During her presentation, Chai stripped down to her underwear and delivered her thesis in front of an audience of her peers as well as on video through Facebook Live.
Now there’s debate over if this girl’s reaction was the “typical snowflake” overreaction or if it was kind of bad-a**.
