Not that there’s ever any real excuse for taking “up-skirt” photos of unsuspecting women but this guy’s has got to be the most ridiculous defense ever.
Kevin Bierig, 44, was accused by several Walmart customers in Oklahoma City of taking pictures up women’s dresses.
What a stand-up guy, right?
But don’t worry gang, as pervy and skeezy as it is Bierig says it’s completely okay!
According to Bierig, his attorney told him it’s “perfectly legal for him to do this in a public place.”
Honestly Kevin, who the hell is your attorney…Harvey Weinstein?
