These New York parents decided they were done putting up with their loser son scrounging off them but after months of trying to get him out of their home they took him to court.
Parents Christina and Mark Rotondo tried for months to evict their 30-year-old son, Michael but when none of their five written notices they had to go through an ejectment proceeding.
The first note came in February telling Michael he had to move out. He did not listen and through various other notes they gave him $1,100 and some advice to which he still made no response or effort to move out. This led to his parents filing in court but the only way to have their own son evicted is to go through a proceeding.
Seriously, now we don’t know his personal situation but this guy just seems like a loser…
Also, in one of the notes with advice his dad tells him he may need to sell any weapons he may have. This guy totally collects samurai swords and throwing stars and has definitely shows off some sick moves with nunchucks!
Also if someone could explain why if this guy lives off his parents, can’t get a job, and clearly doesn’t understand the concept of haircuts, why he thought he could represent himself here!?
The judge ruled Michael must move out immediately but Michael feels that’s “ridiculous” and says he will request an appeal…
So basically this guy, instead of behaving like the grown adult his age suggests he is, he will instead spend all of his money in court. We’d say at least his mom still will think he’s a winner but NOPE!
