Obviously bee attacks aren’t fun, unless you’re a total psycho, but these fearless firefighters sprung into action and saved this man from an angry hoard of bees.
The fact this swarm existed was a problem in itself but then it was stirred by a lawn mower which caused what “bee expert” Walter Schumacher is calling “the perfect little storm of bees.”
Okay, Bob Ross, chill.
Anyways, that “little storm” ended up with a man being covered by the bees in the middle of the road!
Firefighters arrived on the scene and jumped right in to help him wearing only a mask. While one fireman stepped in to try to move the man being attacked, the bees swarmed him too and completely covered his mask.
That’s when another fireman decided to use the devices granted to them by a firetruck and sprayed the hose!
They got the man to an ambulance where he almost instantly went into cardiac arrest but they were able to revive him.
So let this terrifying tale be your warning for how to handle killer bees this summer. Just leave them alone, or rather, let them bee. They’re endangered, you know.
