County Clerk Quits Politics To Work On His Self-Cleaning Toilet Invention (Video)

Politics already seems like a pretty crappy job in itself but this guy decided to take it one step further and create something to give people a clean place to, well, crap!

Bannock County Clerk, Robert Poleki has decided he doesn’t want to be re-elected so he can use his time to work on and sell his invention, Washie!

Washie is Poleki’s self-cleaning toilet invention and has also made an appearance on Shark Tank!

According to Poleki, it’s pretty simple to use!

“You just have to remember an easy phrase: ‘Grab, Swipe, and Wipe.’ Grab a piece of toilet paper, swipe your hand over a sensor located on the side of the seat and when the fluid rises from the seat, wipe down the seat clean before you sit on it.”

The prototype has cost Poleki way too much of his time and also $7,000 but quitting his job for a toilet could be worth it as he has about $100,000 in preorders!

We’re not sure if anyone is going actually buy these toilets but for only $39 a piece, it could work, but he is a politician at heart so he’s either lying or there’s a sex scandal brewing for the future!

If he does get back into politics though, hopefully he flushes away the competition!
