Pat Sajack’s Stanley Cup Game Three Introductions Fall Flat And Twitter Is Not Letting It Go Unnoticed (Video)

For game three of the Stanley Cup final series between the Washington Capitals and the Vegas Golden Knights, the Capitals decided the best way to start out the night was with none other than Pat Sajack!

The Golden Knights have had lots of flair with their Medieval-themed openings so the Caps wanted to take a shot at it on their own with a Wheel of Fortune theme!

Apparently Pat Sajack is a huge Capitals fan and has even held season tickets for 13 years; however, his player introductions quite possibly earned him a spot in the penalty box.

Sajack went to introduce Golden Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb but could just not get his name right! Instead of Brayden, Sajack called him Brandon and boy did McNabb look disappointed.

Even Capitals forward, Alex Ovechkin looked less than impressed and of course, hockey Twitter is having a field day!

We’d say you should probably stick to spinning wheels and the alphabet, Pat!
