On 06-11-2018 at about 3:07 p.m. a man was seen by neighbors walking through yards with a dumbbell in his hand near the area of the 1100 block of E. Oakland St. This man entered a house on E. Oakland St. and a few seconds later exited. When the owner of the house was contacted he reported that money was missing to include two new $100 bills. The suspect, identified as 28 year old Chad Around Him of Rapid City was contacted in the 800 block of E. Oakland St. He was positively identified by the victim who had money taken from his house. Chad was searched and the two new $100 bills were located on his person. Chad Around Him was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and placed at the Pennington County Jail.
