Jimmy Kimmel is taking on Ted Cruz in a one-on-one basketball game for charity this weekend, which has been dubbed the “2018 Blobfish Basketball Classic.” They will play one game to 15, by ones. The loser will donate $5,000 to one winner’s charity of choice: either the Texas Children’s Hospital or Generation One, a Houston-based educational nonprofit.
On his show last night, Kimmel complained to Jon Hamm that betting sites are making him the underdog! According to the online betting site Bovada, Cruz is the favorite at 5-11, while Kimmel’s odds listed at 8-5. And judging by the video that Cruz tweeted the other day, he’s been training hard!
