A disagreement between three grown Pokemon Go players in a park has ended with one person in the hospital, two people being charged with assault and the “Pokemon Go St. Louis” Facebook page closing.
The anonymous victim said he was just going along playing the once-viral game when he noticed 70-year-old Robert Matteuzzi and his son, 30-year-old Angelo Matteuzzi playing as well. The victim thought the father-son duo had “stolen” a “gym” he was using so he threw a bottle into one of their cars.
Well that apparently sent the Matteuzzis to go all “Pikachu I choose you” crazy and beat the crap out of the victim!
We guess there’s nothing better for father-son bonding than playing games made for adolescents and beating up strangers over it!
