The Rock was on Colbert last night and was explaining some of his interesting wrestling lineage. His grandfather wrestled for Vince McMahon back in the 70s and his father wrestled for McMahon in the 80s, before The Rock joined the WWE in the late 90s. Also Rock’s grandma was the first female promoter in wrestling history! The Rock also told another funny story about his grandmother who, at first, didn’t know that wrestling was fake and she once jumped into the ring to defend his grandfather!
