We can all agree that counting change is super inconvenient and annoying but it’s still money so what can you really do about it?
Sure, maybe people should go turn their change into bills before they want to spend the money, but who’s got that kind of time!?
These teens probably should know better than to pay a lunch bill in mostly change, especially considering one of them works as a server..but hey, they tipped well and money is money!
Cohen Naulty works at another restaurant in Lynchburg, Virginia and decided to use his tip money to treat his pals to a nice lunch.
They went to a local bar and grill called Beer 88, racked up a $45 bill for which Naulty paid with a $20 bill with mostly coins. However, the boys left a $10 tip!
Beer 88 employees then took to Facebook with what they claim to be a “joke” about “how not to pay your bill at a restaurant” and saying the boys had “#nohometraining.”
The restaurant has since apologized and the owner says she was not aware of the situation before the post. Naulty on the other hand is out for blood and says he will pay his bill in all pennies next time!
