Just so you all know, if you have an affair in North Carolina, you could end up sued and losing millions.
Keith King caught his wife having an affair with a man named Francisco Huizar III and even said the affair cost King his BMX Stunt Show company as his wife worked there.
King dug up an obscure law that’s only in effect in six states including North Carolina called “alienation of affection” which actually works if there was a third party alleged to be responsible for a marriage failing!
Citing that law and “criminal conversation” King won the case and Huizar was ordered to pay $8.8 million.
So, if you’re going to have an affair, you better make sure it’s worth it!
