Criminal Mischief In The Park Leads To Judge’s Crappy (Literally) Sentence For Ohio Man (Video)

This judge definitely sentenced this kid to PAINesville after finding him guilty of criminal mischief after a wild night in the park.

In Painesville, Ohio, the municipal court judge Michael Cicconetti is known for coming up with creative punishments for those who break the law and this time was no different!

After Bayley Toth and his buddies decided to go wild in the park by jumping on top of a van, putting a cone on top of it, tipping over a porta potty and knocking down a wifi bridge, he was found guilty of criminal mischief.

Judge Cicconetti decided if he wanted to act like an animal, why not clean up after them too?

Toth was ordered to spend one night in jail, then the next morning he would have to follow the horses in the town parade and scoop poop behind them. Then later he would have to shovel poo from the 4H pens after the county fair.

The judge wasn’t entirely about “tough love” though, and did suspend the rest of Toth’s jail sentence if he enrolled in college for at least 6 hours in the fall, does five more days of community service, stays away from the park while on probation and pays said park for damages.

In the end, it’s not too s***ty of a punishment…okay, maybe for him it is.
