You can take the man away from the metal but you can’t take the metal out of the man, man!
These two elderly men decided they just couldn’t stay away and escaped from a German nursing home Friday to attend the world’s largest heavy metal festival, Waken Open Air.
Nursing home employees found the two were missing from their rooms and police later found them “disabled and dazed” at the festival at 3 a.m.!
Just goes to show you’re never “too old” to sneak out and rock out!
