Alaskan Airlines Employee Steals Empty Passenger Plane, Dies After Joy Ride Ends In Crash (Video)

Friday, a runway worker in Seattle stole a Horizon Airlines plane and after about an hour-long joyride and being chased by fighter jets, eventually crashed it on an island.

Richard Russell had worked for Horizon Airlines on the runway and wasn’t a trained pilot but felt he knew what he was doing because of a video game.

He was the only one on the plane and was in contact with air-traffic control the entire time saying some genuinely chilling things!

As officials were trying to help him land and give him instructions, he continued to try to do barrel rolls and said none of what they said mattered.

While they had jets following him, he said he did not want anyone to get hurt, that he just had a few screws loose and felt disrespected at his job and just snapped.

They just wanted to get him to land safely, but unfortunately it all ended in a crash and Russell, unfortunately, passed away.
