Recently a 20-year-old skydiving plane pilot in Boston, Massachusetts suffered minor injuries after the plane had to make a crash landing and of course that’s a big scoop for local news!
So, reporter Kathryn Burcham got up and out to be live at the site of the crash at Cranland Airport…where she made a mistake that the internet and Back To The Future fans will never let her live down!
When explaining the cause of the crash, Burcham said young pilot, Jacob Haselden’s plane crashed due to a “defective flux capacitator.”
Now before you say “oh no honey, come on…” another Twitter user claimed he could have said “flux gate compass” and she just misheard.
Either way, Burcham should probably brush up on her fictional mechanical parts so the internet will lay off…
