Wil Myers Apologizes For Comments About Padres Manager Andy Green On Fortnite Stream (Video)

Turns out professional athletes are, in fact, regular people too! So, as a young(ish) man in 2018, even a pro baseball player like Wil Myers can sit and enjoy the biggest craze of the year, a game (or 12) of Fortnite!

With constant updates and streaming capabilities, regular people like us get a chance to play and interact with people like Myers and even catch them spilling some dirty secrets!

While Myers was playing a round with fellow fortnite-r Carlos Asuaje, he must have had a rough day at the batting practice or something because he started talking mad “S” about Padres manager, Andy Green!

“Oh my God, bro, it’s so miserable, man. It’s insane,” said Myers. “Andy cannot be any worse than he is right now.”

Seconds later Asuaje mentioned he had been recording and soon enough Green caught wind of the comments!

Myers and Green ended up having a chat, apologies were made and all is well!

Green said he understood Meyers being frustrated and appreciated Myers’ “ownership and apology.”

Now we just wait for the internet to do it’s thing and find some tweet from Myers from 10 years ago and he’ll end up in the same hot water.
