Henry Winkler Finally Won His First Emmy Last Night (Video)

After 42 years in television, it finally happened last night: Henry Winkler won an Emmy!

The first award presented at the 70th Emmy Awards last night was for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. And after waiting over four decades, Henry Winkler finally heard his name called! Winkler won the award for his work as Gene Cousineau on the HBO show Barry.

Winkler is 72-years-old and has worked in television for 42 years. Although this was his first win, he had been nominated before for playing the Fonz on Happy Days over 40 years ago.
