What better way to eat healthy than by eating fresh produce, right? Well, maybe not.
A man in Virginia has been accused or rubbing produce items on his bare butt, then returning them to the shelf at a grocery store. 27-year-old Michael Dwayne Johnson has been charged with indecent exposure and destruction of property after police say a store employee witnessed him doing this dirty deed on Saturday. Due to Johnson’s disgusting actions, several pallets of produce had to be destroyed to avoid contamination from his butt dingleberries. Gross.
So yeah, maybe think twice before NOT washing your produce when making a salad! Perhaps wash it a few extra times just to be safe.
