Blind High School Football Player Scores Two Touchdowns In One Game (Video)

This is one of those stories that will just make you feel good.

Adonis Watt is a running back at Brophy Prep in Phoenix, Arizona. Adonis also happens to be blind, so it’s safe to say that things are a little difficult for him on the football field.

In Watt’s first high school football game, the opposing team, realizing that he was blind, opened up the defense at the end of the game and let him run for a 45-yard touchdown. And it was a pretty great moment. But Watt wanted more. He wanted to do it on his own.

In Brophy Prep’s game last weekend against Mountain View, Watt once again entered the game, but this time, the defense was all in. Adonis ended up scoring not one, but TWO touchdowns! He ran the ball in from one and three yards and it was ALL EARNED, according to coach Scott Heideman. What an awesome story.
