27-year-old Justin Smith had one hell of a night recently. After stealing a pickup truck, Smith then led police on a high-speed chase. When he was finally pulled over, Smith refused to drop his beer cans when police ordered him to put his hands in the air. Once the cans were finally out of his hands, Smith then refused a sobriety test. And in his defense, why did they even bother trying to give him one?
Smith now faces charges of grand theft auto, fleeing at a high rate of speed and refusal to take a sobriety test. But at least he got those last few gulps of delicious Natty Ice!
