Sure it’s not the cheesy, romantic, “here’s the first place we met” kind of proposal but it’s perfect for them and it’s pretty cute!
When Alex Trebek usually introduces people he usually has little tidbits about them to share but for Michael Pascuzzi he wanted to take that time to ask his girlfriend in the audience, Maria Shafer the big question!
“I just wanted to say one quick thing,” said Pascuzzi. “And ask Maria Shafer right there If she would make me a winner today and marry me. Will you marry me?”
She made it all even better by responding in true Jeopardy fashion, “What is yes?”
That’s a match made in Jeopardy Heaven if we’ve ever seen one…which we haven’t…this is kind of a first…so, uhh…what is congrats?
