Nick Saban Was Mad That More Fans Didn’t Show Up To Alabama’s 56-14 Spanking Of Louisiana-Lafayette (Video)

The number one ranked Alabama Crimson Tide beat the hell out of the Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana-Lafayette last Saturday 56-14. It was one of those games where everyone not just expected Alabama to win, but it was understood that they were going to win. In a game where nothing is guaranteed, this was pretty much guaranteed. So was there really even a reason for fans to show up to the game at all? Alabama coach Nick Saban still thinks so!

In a post game press conference, Saban said that he was disappointed that there were so many empty seats during the game at Bryant-Denny Stadium, which seats nearly 102,000 people. Saban alleged that half of the student section was empty and that if students aren’t going to come to the games, their spots should be given to fans who want to be there. He also claimed that when the team was being introduced, the fans didn’t even cheer.
