Nine-year-old Noko Nishigaki has been tattooing since she was just six. Six! Her father is a very well known tattoo artist and began teaching her some of his skills pretty early, letting her practice on his own skin, silicone and oranges.
Now living in Amsterdam, Noko’s father recently opened a tattoo parlor and she already has her own list of loyal clients!
