This man who has been dine and dashing around Iowa since 2016 has finally been caught!!
Tracy Haas, 46, has been eating for free at bars, grills and various other restaurants for years and while he’s been caught red-handed a few times, he had never been arrested…until now!
Haas had been caught for the second time at the Fieldhouse Bar and Grill, owners were finally able to snap a picture of him before he got away and not only posted it around the restaurant but also to Facebook!
Recently Haas thought he would test his luck at the local Applebee’s. He rolled with his usual “I’m just stepping out for a cigarette” shtick but was caught outside with no cigarette in hand and trying to ditch!
Employees called the police and he was arrested and now the Davenport, Iowa Applebee’s are true vigilantes for the local restaurant scene!
