Well Mountainside Police Department in New Jersey is facing a lawsuit after six employees, five male officers and a female dispatcher, have filed a lawsuit for alleged misconduct.
The lawsuit, filed in May of 2018, details harassment including ridiculous displays a big blue dildo they have dubbed, creatively, “Big Blue.”
This video shows just one of “Big Blue’s” famous appearances in which Lt. Thomas Murphy encourages Detective Sgt. Andrew Huber to continuously stab a man with the unrealistic, rubber penis.
Mountainside is asking the case be dismissed, one of their main arguments being they technically were more of an “equal opportunity harasser” and would target both men and women in the workplace.
What do they think is going to happen? Honestly, in today’s climate, they really think a judge is going to say “Oh, you know what, as long as you got everyone it’s totally cool dude.”
Actually, that probably could happen…we don’t know anymore. In the meantime, anyone know someone who could use a bucket of dildos? Asking for a friend…we definitely don’t have any to get rid of…
