Man Travels From Pennsylvania To New Mexico In Search Of Poem Author’s Treasure (Video)

Pine Grove, Pennsylvania resident and Forrest Fenn poetry super-fan Robert Miller was arrested recently after his hunt for treasure led him all the way to New Mexico.

Apparently, in a Forrest Fenn poem there is a “treasure map” that leads people to his home…or at least that is what Miller thought.

Miller, in a real pickle with only $130 in his bank account, decided he needed to set out to find this mysterious treasure.

His hunt, however, ended with him finding himself in handcuffs for breaking into Fenn’s home.

Police, confused why he was there and probably assuming he was insane for blaming the strange encounter on the treasure hunt, asked “You weren’t here to break anything?”

“I was taking that box of clothes right there like the poem said,” Miller replied.

His family has started a GoFundMe to try and get him back from New Mexico but we really want to know what Fenn thought of it all!

Hopefully nobody finds the treasure maps we’ve hidden in all our blogs or we’d be screwed!

Disclaimer: that was a joke, there is no treasure, please don’t stalk our homes
