Bills Super Fan With Stage-4 Cancer Addresses Team With Tear-Jerking Pre-Game Speech (Video)

Warning: you may need to grab the tissues for this one!

When Ezra Castro decided to become a Buffalo Bills fan, we are pretty sure he never saw the notoriety and journey he would end up on that lead him to being recognized by the Bill’s organization themselves!

Castro, more well-known for his “Bills Mafia” alter-ego “Pancho Billa” has become one of the most recognizable super fans, despite living all the way in Texas.

As an immigrant from Mexico, Castro wanted to choose an NFL team with the colors of the Mexican flag, but when he couldn’t find one he decided to go with the red, white and blue bills.

Thus began an obsession and lasting dedication that would take him all the way through treatment for stage-four cancer.

After his fellow family of Bills Mafia super fans rallied together to share his story and get the attention of the Bills organization, Pancho Billa was actually invited on stage during this year’s NFL draft to announce the Bills’ third-round draft pick!

Now, most recently, before the Bills’ game against the New York Jets, Pancho Billa was invited to give a pre-game speech to the players!

In a real tear-jerker he describes his journey, how his mask brings him the energy to go through chemo like their helmets give them energy to play, and also how much his “Bills family” means to him.

Nothing like a good cry to start your week off right!
