At around 11:25 p.m. on November 17th, police were called to 1204 E. North Street for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash. On arrival, police located a female sitting in the driver seat of the crashed Chrysler PT Cruiser. She did not appear injured and was identified as 21-year-old Lauryn Milbrant of Rapid City. At the conclusion of a DUI investigation, it was determined she was too impaired to operate a motor vehicle safely. She was transported to the Pennington County Jail, where a marijuana pipe was located on her person. She was ultimately arrested for DUI, Reckless Driving, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
