Usually if someone eats 49 chocolate bars in one sitting, you would be extremely concerned and they would be sick. What if that someone was actually a family of bears!?
Sixteen-year-old Lilly Thurmond was just chilling at home in Asheville, North Carolina when she noticed a bear and three cubs in her driveway!
A pretty amazing sight to have right in your front yard, right?
Well that was until Thurmond noticed the bears had opened her car doors and found the box of chocolate bars she was supposed to be selling for a school fundraiser!
The bears devoured the chocolate bars and poor Lilly had to go to school and try to convince someone to not make her pay for the candy because bears showed up and ate them!
We are not sure how common something like that is in North Carolina but “a bear ate my homework” has got to be a new one!
This definitely brings back memories of another annoying lady who encountered a bear chewing on her kayak!
