New York State Police were responding to a fire recently when they noticed two propane tanks and a chicken in a burning shed so one of New York’s finest stepped up to save the little guy from ending up cock-a-doodle-dead!
Ossining Police Department’s Officer McGowan was able to get the propane tanks out and make it back to the fire shed to rescue the live chicken!
While it did not seem like it wanted to be caught, we are sure it is very grateful to not end up a burnt little nugget!
