Something about a pastor living a little lavishly has people all up in arms and questioning where his money came from.
Pastor John Gray leads churches in South Carolina and in Texas but when it came time for his eighth anniversary with his wife, he gave her something he knew God wouldn’t…a brand-new 2019 Lamborghini Urus SUV.
At a huge party, complete with R&B singer Tyrese, Gray presented his wife Aventer the $200,000 gift.
Now people have been questioning where the money came from, accusing him of taking from the church.
Gray has since taken to Facebook live to let everyone know that no money came from the church and let people know the gift was to honor his wife as he is a husband first.
He also said people should keep who he is as a husband separate from the work he does as a pastor…
Basically he told “Mind your own damn business” in the most pastor-ly way possible.
